  • Perch caviar – 300 g
  • Salt – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 0.5 pcs.
  • Vinegar 9% – 2.5 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil – 6 tbsp.

The first step is to free perch eggs from a film that can significantly spoil the taste of a healthy product.
