Recipe for homemade pike caviar

  • Pike caviar – 500 gr.;
  • Salt – 3 to 4 tablespoons;
  • Hot water – 2 liters;

Next, following  this extra simple step-by-step recipe for preparing caviar, drain the water and filter the caviar through a sieve. After adding vegetable oil, mix the eggs thoroughly. Then, place your ready homemade pike caviar in jars and put it into the refrigerator.
