How to salt caviar - easy and tasty recipe!

To prepare red caviar, we need:

  1. Fresh whole pink salmon fish (or other fish) with caviar.
  2. One or two salt spoons of salt.
  3. About three hundred milliliters of water,  a little more is also okay.
The procedure of salting caviar:
  1. First of all, we need to separate the head, then carefully open the fish’s belly with scissors or a knife, so as not to damage the eggs. Separate all the excess from caviar and spread on a saucer. Cut the fish into separate pieces for the convenience of the further cooking.
  2. Boil water and add salt.
  3. Next, we recommend the following actions: lower the eggs in the shell into the water, but not completely, starting from the end, hold them a little, and then carefully separate the eggs until you separate all of them.
  4. Drain the excess water from the eggs, if it is still there.
  5. Place the covered container with caviar in the refrigerator for about a day.
